Edith Conger

February 26, 1923 — July 31, 2015

Edith passed away in the early morning of July 31st to join her husband Ray Leon Conger and 2 sons, David Ray and Thomas Dale Conger.
Mom was born in American Fork Utah and raised in Elwood Utah.
She enjoyed crocheting, watching sports with her sons and traveling, in part, hosting tour buses. During her time as a tour bus hostess, she made the trips more enjoyable with her quick wit and sense of humor. She was known and loved by many.
Edith is survived by her sons Leon Reed (Dixie) Gary Lynn (Pam) Sherman R. (Rebecca)
Daughters Ann Conger,Gail Geiger, and Jeanne Warren (Terry)
28 grandchildren 54 great grandchildren 2 great great grandchildren, and her brothers Ralph and Kenneth Abel and sister Jean Hansen
The family would like to thank the Legacy House for the years of loving care, the Intermountain Hospital staff, and Access Hospice for her comfort and final transition.
Thanks to Dr. O'very for her attending care.
A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday August 4, 2015 at the Brigham City LDS 2nd ward chapel, 420 S. 800 W. at 12:00 Noon. Friends may call at the Gillies Funeral Home, 634 East 200 South in Brigham City on Monday evening from 6 to 8pm.
Friends may call at the ward chapel on tuesday morning one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
