Edna P. Felt

Edna Peterson Felt, 89, passed away surrounded by her loving family on December 15,2016 of
natural causes incident to age. She was born on October 20, 1927 in Ogden, Utah to Samuel and
Robina Green Peterson. She attended Ogden City schools and graduated from Ogden High
School in 1945. She attended Weber State College and the University of Utah.

Edna married Don F Felt Jr. on October 4, 1947 in Ogden and together they raised five children.
Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple. They resided in Ogden, Price,
and Rupert, Idaho before settling in Logan and establishing Felt's Clothing in 1969. Edna was
Don's compassionate care-giver for 7 years before he passed away in 1998.

Edna's greatest love was being a mom and raising her children. She was dedicated to her family
and loved celebrating holidays with decorations and cooking. She was a beautiful seamstress
and enjoyed maintaining a meticulous home. Edna loved being around people; her personality
and smile were contagious. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
Day Saints serving in many capacities. Her favorite calling was that of Primary teacher in which
she served for over 35 years. Edna continued to reside in the family home until her health
diminished and she needed additional assistance that she received in the Williamsburg Assisted
Living Center.

Edna is survived by her children, Bryan and (Trish) Felt, Houston, TX, Nanette Felt, Logan,
Andrea Howell, North Logan, Hayden and (Lauri) Felt, Centerville, Steven Felt, Lehi, and niece/daughter Lucia McConnell, West Haven. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don, her son-in-law, Greg Howell, sisters Virginia McConnell and Mable Hogan, and brother Earl Peterson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 19, 2016 at the Lundstrom Park 2nd Ward chapel, 1600 E 1260 North, Logan, UT. A viewing will be held from 9:00-10:30 am
prior to the funeral services at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you contribute to the LDS Humanitarian Fund.
