Eleanor Alice Pierce Peterson

Eleanor Alice Pierce Peterson, 76, passed away April 26, 2017, surrounded by family.
She was born May 15, 1940 in Montague City, Massachusetts and raised by her loving parents Merrill and Barbara Pierce in Rye, New Hampshire.
She married Clark Axel Peterson May 15, 1957, in Rye Beach, New Hampshire. Moving to Logan in 1959 when Clark finished his Air Force enlistment.
Ellie served proudly as a Sunday School Teacher and Den Mother in the Cub Scouts for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She had a rewarding 25 year career as a Nurses Assistant and Ward Clerk for the Sunshine Terrace. Ellie was known for her outgoing personality
and friendly demeanor. Her laugh would light up the room.

She is survived by her husband; Clark Axel Peterson, Brother; Merrill Pierce, Children; Clark Alan Peterson of Yuba City, CA, Gail Ellen Peterson of Logan, Utah and Clinton Merrill Peterson of Riverbank, CA. She is survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in the Logan River 5th Ward Chapel, 993 West 1000 South in Logan. A viewing will be held on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan, and prior to the services on Tuesday at the church from 10:30 to 11:45 AM. Burial will be in the Logan City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net .
