Eric Norman Burnett, beloved son, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 9th, 2015 in Idaho Falls, Id at the age of 55.
Eric was born on June 11, 1959 in Tremonton UT, the eldest of three children, born to Norman Burnett and Mary Ellen Mangum Graham.
Eric had a love for the outdoors which included gold mining, camping, fishing, hunting and golfing. Eric followed his grandfather Cecil’s passion for woodworking which included making beds, tables, custom birdhouses and more. He had a love for dogs. Eric loved making friends and spending time with them. He had such a loving heart, once you were a friend you were a friend for life.
Eric is survived by his parents Norman (Sheila) and Mary Ellen (Lee), His children, Krisha (Frank), Chelsea (David), Talisha, Jasmine (Jared), Brandy (Michael) and Arius (Corey), his 18 grandchildren, his brother Jeff (Niesha) and Sister Cindy (Rick)/
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Cecil Mangum, Edith Fenton Mangum, Marvin and Nina Burnett.
A graveside service will be held Friday May 15th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Hyrum City Cemetery followed by a luncheon.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
