Keith Charles Wertman

Keith Charles Wertman was born March 30, 1934 and passed away on January 26, 2016. Keith's birth name was Robert Donald Lindsey. He was adopted by Albert and Marjerie Wertman in December 1936 and raised in Stielacome, Washington with his sister Rosemary.

Keith served in the US Army from 1953-1961 during which time he met Ruth Bright Bybee. They wed on the 27th of September, 1956 and moved to Logan, Utah in 1962. Keith worked as a Logan City Policeman for 16 years. He received a medical release in 1980 at which time he started working for Intermountain Health Care. He retired in 1996 but returned to work part-time for a duration.

When Keith wasn't working he enjoyed bowling, fishing, and going to breakfast with his friends.

Keith was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Wertman who passed in October 2015.

Keith is survivied by one sister Rosemary Stewart, stepson Geary (Marsha) Bybee, stepson Rodney Bybee, daughter Debra (Levi) Higley, son Warren (Valerie) Wertman, son Mathew (Loy Jean) Wertman, daughter Angela Wertman and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Keith's final wishes were that his body be cremated and his ashes interred in the Richmond City Cemetery.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 12:00 PM at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan, Utah. A graveside dedication will follow.
