Kristie Lee Smith Scrowther

SMITHFIELD, UTAH: Kristie Lee (Smith) Scrowther, 66, passed away November 15, 2015 at her home in Smithfield, Utah surrounded by her loving family.  She was born to Sidney and Kathryn Smith in Logan, Utah on February 5, 1949.  She married Paul W. Scrowther on August 5, 1971 and is survived by Paul, two sons; Bill (Sam) of Woods Cross, Utah and Greg (Emily) of West Wendover, Nevada, five grandchildren; Anabel and Liam (Bill & Sam), Mary Katherine,
Elizabeth, and Sarah (Greg & Emily), and three sisters; Marsha (Stuart) Howell, Lorie (Bill) Emmett, and Vicki (Greg) Nielson.

Kris loved among other things to travel with her family, knit, cook, play cards, and to dote over her grandchildren and dogs.  Her thoughtful nature, generosity, and kindness will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary, in Logan, Utah. Services will be held at Allen-Hall Mortuary Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 11 a.m.  with a a viewing from 9:30 - 10:30 am. Interment will be in the Smithfield City Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to CAPSA; P.O. Box 3617, Logan, Utah, 84323, where she volunteered.
