MILLVILLE, UT: Monique H. Brown, 64, of Millville, passed away, early on morning of March 29, 2014 from complications of her heart and high blood pressure.
She was born to Dr. Nordale N. Nervig and the late Yvonne Nervig, in Colorado Springs on August 26, 1949. Monique graduated from Bonneville High School in 1968 and married Stephen Douglas Brown. She spent the next 23 years traveling the world and raising three children.
Monique worked as a flight attendant for Pan Am Airlines before she was married. Throughout her husband’s military tours, Monique worked governmental civil service jobs and as a computer technician for Fort Eustis Federal Credit Union.
Monique spent her last days with her brother, helping and providing for her father. She is survived by her father; her siblings Nicole Shupe and Olaf Nervig; her children Jean-Pierre Brown, Gabriel Nervig and Sherene McCoy; and her grand children Marina Brown and David Brown.
Funeral services will be held under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Providence South Stake Center located at 360 East 450 North, Millville, Utah.
