Frank C. Veatch, 58, passed away surrounded by his family on November 11, 2019.
Frank was born September 14, 1961 in Longmont, Colorado to Frank A. and G.
Patricia Veatch where he was raised in a family with five siblings.
He enjoyed cooking, had a love for animals and spending time with his five
grandchildren; Tyson and Jaxon Openshaw, and Aspyn, Tahlen (Branch), and Harper
Parkinson.
Frank was married to his wife of 33 years, Kay Veatch. They lived in Logan, UT
where they raised three beautiful daughters. He is known for his strong drive, hard
work ethic, determination, and for being “a person you could always call for a
helping hand.”
Frank was a kind, giving husband and father. He is survived by his wife Kay Veatch
and their three daughters; Shayla (Layne) Parkinson of Wellsville, Utah, Shaleece
(Micah) Openshaw of Hyrum, Utah, and Shandel Veatch of Logan Utah and Siblings;
Nancy Ann Nielsen of Murray, Utah, Tab (Carolyn) Nielsen of Berthoud, Colorado,
Robert (Gay) Nielsen of Longmont, Colorado. Frank was preceded in death by his
parents Frank and Patricia Veatch, and brothers Craig Nielsen of Logan, Utah, and
Steven Carl Veatch of Las Vegas, Nevada.
There will be a visitation from 10:00 to 11:30 am Saturday, November 16 at Allen
Mortuary 420 East 1800 North, North Logan, Utah. Family and friends are also
invited to attend the graveside service held at noon. Interment will be at the North
Logan Cemetery, 2500 North 2000 East, North Logan.
The family wishes to thank everyone who has shown so much love and support
through this difficult time.
