Richard "Rick" Gale Skinner

October 28, 1952 — January 15, 2021

Rick passed peacefully on January 15, 2021 at his home in North Carolina with his wife Sandi and daughter Tracy by his side.
Born in Logan, Utah on October 28, 1952. Rick is the son of Gale N. Skinner and Belva Buttars Snyder.
Rick graduated from Logan Senior High. He taught Billiards at Utah State University for years. He received an Honorary Professorship in Billiards from Utah State University, then retired to Arizona. He married his high school (Kubasaki High, Okanawa ) sweetheart, Sandi Bullard. He enjoyed working with his hands always building and creating. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a very big part of their lives. He will be forever loved and missed.
Rick is preceded in death by his father Gale N Skinner, his mother Belva Buttars Snyder. Twin sons, Adam and Benjamin Skinner.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandi Bullard Skinner; his siblings, Kathryn (Blaine) Hines of Idaho, Michael (Brenda) Skinner of Missouri, Patricia (Mike) Bennett of Mendon Utah. His children, Jamie (Mike) Anderson of Stansbury Park Utah, Kirt Hunter of Salt Lake City Utah, Tiffany Skinner of Washington Utah, Brent (Breanne) of Nibley Utah, Tracy Skinner of Logan Utah, Kimberly Skinner of Toquerville Utah, Mark (Tosha) Skinner of Logan Utah, Stepson Mark (Secilanne) Amlotte of North Carolina and 22 grandchildren, last but not least, his loving dog and companion, Nawa.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Petersboro 1st Ward LDS Church, 20 North 100 West Mendon, Utah, at 11am.
We will then preceed to Clarkston Cemetery, Clarkston Ut for his Grave Dedication at 1pm.
