Robert William Reeder Jr.

November 23, 1962, Robert William Reeder, Jr. was born the middle child of Robert William Reeder and Lois Jean Williamson Reeder. He very much enjoyed his siblings, Aileen, Eric Shane, Lisa Lenore, Klay Conan, and Misty Sue, who he loves dearly.

He worked many years in California before returning home. After he returned to Utah, he graduated with his Master’s degree from Utah State University. He felt he made many close friends in Utah and California, and especially enjoyed working for USU.

In his life he was called multiple occasions to work with many young men in his area. It was his sincere hope that he made a positive influence in at least some of their lives.

Rob liked livestock and always had an animal. He said he never felt like a man without an animal.

Rob grew up mostly in Cache Valley where he was an avid outdoors man. Some of his favorite activities included backpacking and hiking in the mountains. He also loved to ride motorcycles and bike riding. He worked hard outside and took great pride in his yard and garden. In the spring of 2016, he had a major accident which left him unable to do the things he loved so he started to take up new hobbies and began cooking.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert William Reeder. Rob is survived by his mother, Lois Reeder and his siblings and their families.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, February 15th from 6 to 8pm at Allen Mortuary of North Logan, 1800 North 420 East in North Logan. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 16th at 11am at the Hyde Park LDS chapel located at 65 East Center Street. No viewing will be held prior to funeral services. Following the funeral, a private Graveside Service will be held with attendance by visitation only.
