Troy Owen Mecham

January 22, 1968 — June 3, 2022

On June 3rd 2022, our beloved Troy Owen Mecham, passed from this life and returned to his Heavenly Father.

He passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by his loved ones. While here on earth, he was a hard-working man who sacrificed many things to humbly serve others. He found happiness in helping anyone and everyone. Some of his favorite things to do were to go Hunting, Fishing, and Camping with his family. He was a very artistic and creative man, who was a jack of all trades, and a master mechanic. He was wonderful at thinking outside of the box, and always had a way with words. He had a life lesson for any situation you could ever find yourself in, and the advice he gave always seemed to be exactly what was needed to get through the challenges and trials in life.

Troy was a giver in every way of the word, it did not matter how little he had, if someone was in need, he would be there for them to make sure they were taken care of. Troy had a special way of making each one of his 7 children feel like they were the apple of his eye. They each had their own special and separate connection with their dad that none of the other children did, yet they were all loved equally, and they each felt as if they had his whole heart.

Troy’s wife Krista is his Hero, Best friend, Soul Mate, and Eternal Love. They were Married on January 14th, 2005 and sealed together in eternal matrimony in the Logan temple on January 14th 2006. He is building his family a beautiful and eternal home in heaven, as he happily and peacefully awaits his wife Krista and all of his Children in heaven, with open arms and fishing pools waiting in the truck.
