Ada Wilde Nielsen

August 21, 1973 — September 11, 2025

Logan

Ada Rochelle Nielsen, 52, of Logan, Utah, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness. Born on August 21, 1973, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Ada was the cherished daughter of Doyle and Carolyn Wilde and Granddaughter to Irene and Layton Wilde, all of whom preceded her in death. She was also reunited with her beloved brother, Cody Wilde.

Family was central to Ada’s life, and she took great pride, love, and purpose in raising her two daughters in a home filled with warmth and laughter. Ada is survived by her children, Tamra (Connor) Sheehan and Rei Nielsen, along with one grandchild. One of Ada’s proudest and most joyful milestones was welcoming her grandchild into the world, and she cherished every moment spent as a Grandmother.

Ada was a lifelong, faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and found great meaning in spiritual devotion, especially in being sealed as a family in the temple on her birthday, August 21, 2010.

Ada’s heart and home were always open, and she loved nothing more than gathering her loved ones, particularly during the holidays which she celebrated with joyful crafts and festive decorations.

Ada was always active and eager to lend a helping hand. Her forthright, loving nature made her a friend to many and a dependable source of comfort, wisdom, and good humor. Ada was known for her kind heart, her outgoing spirit, and her willingness to speak up for what she believed in. Her warmth and generosity touched everyone she met.

The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to everyone who has offered support and kindness during this difficult time, and to all those who come to honor Ada’s memory as a loving mother, a devoted grandmother, and a loyal friend. Her loving spirit will be dearly missed and forever cherished.
