Anne met Bob while attending Utah State Agricultural College. While Bob served his mission, she attended Henagar's School of Business, where she received several awards for her typing skill, typing 78 WPM. They were sealed in the Logan Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the 6th of May, 1959. They started their family in Utah.
She had many accomplishments during her school years, and had many jobs including being a homemaker, teacher's aid, hospital volunteer and working for the City of Oakland.
Anne enjoyed singing, sewing, cooking, and family history. Anne also held many church callings including Relief Society and Primary President, Ward librarian, ward missionary and a service missionary. For several decades she helped with the Oakland Temple Pageant singing in the Balcony choir and then behind the scenes.
Mom and Dad sang in the Messiah performance wherever they lived.
Besides her children, her greatest work was helping gather Israel by doing family history. At one point she had over 180 3" binders of life histories, including copies of everything for her 7 children, filled with pictures, stories, letters and accomplishments of her family.
Anne's life is a testament to her love for her Heavenly Father, her Savior Jesus Christ, and her family. She will be deeply missed and her memory will forever be in our hearts.
