Carol Bessie Boehme our dear Mother, Grandma, Sister, and Friend passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, after a prolonged illness at the Sunshine Terrace.
Carol was born June 12, 1953 on Father's Day to William Dean and Floretta Naylor Hansen in Logan. She was the youngest of 7 children. Yes, she was the "spoiled baby sister." She grew up by the Willow Park and helped on the family farm by herding the cows with her sister.
Carol met the love of her life Duaine Arlo Boehme and were married in Millville, Ut. They were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple. They made their home in Millville, where they raised two sons. They spent many weekends together camping, hunting, and fishing. They loved the great outdoors.
Carol had many jobs in her early years of marriage. The most important job to her, was raising a family and having a nice home. She took great pride in that work. Carol was a happy person. She liked to joke and enjoyed visiting with people. She also loved hopping in the car to "go to town" and shop. This usually meant a stop for lunch at one of her favorite spots, El-Sol. She was a fun, kind, and loving person and will be missed by many.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Duaine, her parents, and all five brothers, Bill, Richard, George, Paul, and Brent.
She is survived by her sons Michael and Jason Boehme, and her sister Lee Ann Olson. Most importantly, her 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter who brought her the most joy! Braxton, Kayden, Gentry, Jeremy, Berklee, and Holden.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at the Sunshine Terrace. The kindness and care you gave meant so much. You made her days brighter and happier every time you entered her room.
There will be a Graveside service at the Logan City Cemetery on Monday, Mar 31, 2025 at 11:00 am. There will be a private family viewing prior to the service.
