Coleen Anne Johnson Mejia

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Coleen Anne Johnson Mejia, age 61. After a long fight with cardiovascular disease, she passed on November 8th , 2025, at 3:55 PM. Coleen was born in Gardenia, CA, on August 27th, 1964. She was born to Clarence and Patricia Johnson and later had a younger sister, Robin.

Coleen was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Patricia, sister, Robin, and husband, Ronald (also known as Pony). She is survived by her three sons: Christopher, 39, and his wife, Kassie; Kelly, 36, and his wife, Ashley; and Cody, 31, and his wife, Bridget. Along with 12 grandchildren.

Coleen loved the outdoors, camping, art, long drives, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and most of all spending time with her kids and grandkids. She was one of the most loving and forgiving people you could ever meet. This world will never be the same without her.

Her services will be held at the Nelson Funeral Home in Smithfield, UT, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025. Her family would like to extend their gratitude to all those who will attend and those who have sent their condolences. Funeral services are under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
