Consuelo Mendez, 82, passed away peacefully at her home in Hyrum, Utah on April 26, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 2, 2025 at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Viewing hours will be Thursday, May 1, 2025 between 6-8 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary 34 E. Center St. Logan. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.allenmortuaries.com.
