David Edlund

David Oscar Edlund passed away January 22, 2014. He was born 20 March, 1931 in Murray Utah. His parents are Oscar Edlund and Luella Cline. He is survived by his wife, Georgia Kidman Edlund and six children, Wendy Dupaix, Carrie Jackson, Robert Edlund, John Edlund, Lisa Anderson, and James Edlund. He is also survived by his brother George Edlund, and two sisters, Marie Humphreys and Linda Cook. He was a loving father, husband, and friend. He graduated from Utah State University and worked 5 years as a chemist at Thiokol, then 31 years as a research chemist at Miles Laboratory in Elkhart, In. He served in the Army during the Korean war and was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 25 in the Mendon Chapel, 20 North 100 West in Mendon. A viewing will be held on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan, and prior to services on Saturday at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
