Eva Ann Kingsford

Eva Ann Heaps Kingsford (known to most as Ann) age 86 returned to her heavenly home after a lengthy illness on August 25, 2026 in Logan Utah.

She was born March 3, 1940 in Orem, Utah to Verge and Eva Littlefield Heaps. On August 21, 1959 she married the love of her life, Elmer Jorgensen Kingsford for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.

Ann had a great love of music and even sang once in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. She also enjoyed sewing, socializing, crafting and scrapbooking with her latest hobby of making her own birthday cards to give to family, friends, neighbors and ward members.

She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions in the church. Ann decided one day that she and Elmer were going to serve a mission whether he wanted to or not. Luckily, it was a highlight in their lives as they were able to serve in the Illinois Nauvoo Mission. It was here they met so many other missionaries that would become lifelong friends.

We would like to thank all the caregivers who helped care for Ann. Rocky Mountain Rehab & Hospice and ComForCare as well as many ward members and family of all ages who pitched in through the years.

Eva Ann is survived by her children Tracie (Trish) Kingsford, Todd (Lee) Kingsford, Annel Seamons and Mike Taylor (son-in-law) with 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer and daughter Jody Lynne Taylor.

A viewing will be held Friday, September 4, 2026from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Allen Mortuary of N. Logan, 420 E 1800 N, N. Logan. Second viewing will be held Saturday, September 5, from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the mortuary. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 am at the North Logan Memorial Park and Cemetery at 1950 E 2500 N, North Logan.
