Max and Evelyn were married on June 20, 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple and spent more than 64 years together before Max passed away in 2005.
After living a variety of places while Max served in the military, Max and Evelyn settled down in Spanish Fork where they raised their sons. They also shared a love of gardening and took such great pride in their home and yard, spending countless hours caring for the plants and lawn. Their yard was a showplace of beauty for all who passed by.  After Max passed away, Evelyn moved into Pioneer Valley Lodge where she met many people and enjoyed regular card games with her friends. She was living there up until the time of her death.

Brent (wife Carolyn) and Gary A. (wife Ruth Ann). They also have 12 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. Evelyn has enjoyed her life and her many hobbies and talents which include: all types of handwork, painting in oil, bowling, golfing, gardening, and fishing. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
