Gonzalo Rosalio Grajeda

Feb 22, 1973 — Oct 25, 2026

Our hearts are heavy to share the news of the passing of our father Gonzalo Rosalio Grajeda on October 25th 2026 at the age of 53.

Born February 22nd 1973 in Newport Beach, California to Ramona Vargas and Gonzalo Grajeda raised with his sister Ramona Grajeda. Later moving to Las Cruces, New Mexico before settling in Logan, Utah. Beginning his journey at Schreiber Foods in Logan, Utah at 19 years old. Where he just got the pleasure of retiring from at the age of 53 with 34 years of employment.

During his retirement he enjoyed visiting with his parents, spending time with his grandson, and pouring into his community. He was able to take many trips to New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, and California. Many of them being on his bike.

Even though you couldn’t tell by looking at him he loved Disneyland. He was raised going with his family and carried it on by taking his own family during adulthood. He loved the classic rides like Indiana Jones and Pirates of the Caribbean as well as thrill rides such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Incredicoaster.

He enjoyed working with his hands, always being on the move, and fellowship with anyone around him. He had such a love for books and story telling. Having the ability to always know the right story to tell to bring a smile to your face. He was truly a free spirit drawing inspiration from his favorite cowboys and pirates. He went above and beyond to bless and support those around him, always making sure everyone felt included.

He had a way of bringing people together from all walks of life over something good to eat. He set such an example to others of being a hard worker and dedicating yourself to loved ones. His legacy lives on through those he poured into, making sure we always read our books as well as prioritize a good meal. He loved taking photos and videos of any occasion, encouraging others to do so as well to capture precious memories. He would want all of us to prioritize our families, not let our fears hold us back, give to those around when we can, and have fun enjoying life to the fullest. Reminding us to take it easy and take it one day at a time.

His legacy lives on through his family. His parents Ramona and Gonzalo Grajeda. His sister Ramona Grajeda. His nephew Jeremy Grajeda. His daughters “his girls” Alyssa Wead and Jewelysa Armstrong. His Grandson “his baby” Malcolm Wead.
