Juanita Follett Kohler, 83, of North Logan, UT, died after a years long battle with Leukemia on August, 11th at her home in North Logan.

Juanita was born on December 14th, in Logan, UT to Edna and Orion Follett. She grew up in North Logan and graduated from South Cache High School in 1961.

On September 23rd 1962, Juanita married Mike Kohler in Logan, UT, who she met in the 7th grade. They shared 64 years together, enjoying their mutual love of golf, family, and USU Aggie Athletics.

Juanita worked as a Staff Assistant for The USU Languages and Philosophy Department, retiring in 2002. During that time, she served as the President of the USU Big Blue Club, and was awarded USU Classified Employee of the Year.

Juanita is survived by her husband Michael Laurn Kohler; children, Kris, Dennis (Patti), and Shayne; grandchildren Elliot, Theodore, and Oliver; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by Edna and Orion, parents; Barbara, Joan, Orion LeGrand, and Sue, siblings.

A viewing will be held between 5:00 and 7:00 on Monday, August 17th at Allen Mortuary of North Logan, 420 East 1800 North, North Logan, UT 84341. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family would encourage a donation to the charity of your choosing.
