It is with very heavy hearts the family of Kevin Jay Garner “Steiny” announce his passing on April 3rd 2024.
Kevin was born in Logan to Keith & Arlene Garner on October 9th 1963. He was raised in Hyrum, Utah and he graduated Sky View High School Class of 1981. He was a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 25. He enjoyed his dogs and loved every one of them like they were his children. He also enjoyed his time playing pool,darts, cards, fishing, hunting, biking, and many other outdoor activities.
He is survived by his daughter Karly (Fiancé Troy) 5 grandchildren (Dominik, Kesleigh, Bryton, Alexis, and Paislee). Siblings Rodney (Jill) Garner-Lewiston. Lorna (Mike) Moss- Fielding. LuAnn (Sheridan) Petersen-Smithfield. Kathy (Doug) Bingham( Currently serving an LDS Mission in London, England) Gina (Andrew) Griffiths- Preston and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Kevin is proceeded in death by his Father; Keith Garner, Mother; Arlene Garner, Nephew Ray Garner, Sister in law Carla Garner & brother in law Mike Moss.
In lieu of flowers the family has set up the Kevin Garner Memorial Account for donations to help ease the unexpected expenses at America First Credit Union Account 9129545
The viewing will be on Friday, April 12, 2024 from 10:30-11:30 A.M. with the funeral following at 12 noon both will be held at 125 N. 400 W. Hyrum Utah 84319
