Richard “Dick” H. Fuhriman

Our beloved Dad, Grandpa, and friend Dick Fuhriman

passed away peacefully at Logan Regional Hospital on

Oct. 13, 2006. He was born Jan. 13, 1933 to Otto and

Mildred Fuhriman. He had two younger sisters Carole

and (Darrell) Schvaneveldt and Janice and (Harry)

 Dubach.

In 1953 Dick was drafted into the service and he

served his country proudly. Then on June 28, 1958 he

married Rexiene Hirst and together they had two kids

Kirk Fuhriman (Logan) and Lisa Jorgensen (Smithfield).

 They later divorced.

Dick was a licensed plumber in Utah and Idaho and he

worked for Fuhriman Plumbing, Wangsgarrds Plumbing,

and Hilco and others. His work often took him to

 Idaho and Wyoming.

He loved the outdoors and he loved to hunt and fish

and being in the mountains especially if he was on a

horse. He was a great horseman and was happiest on a

horse or around horses. He loved going to rodeos and

watching old westerns on TV. He loved animals

especially his dog Spooner and he loved feeding the

birds. He also loved target practicing and loved to

shoot his guns. He was a member of the NRA and the

American Legion. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his two children Kirk and Kathy

Fuhriman, Lisa Jorgensen and five grandchildren, Matt,

Derrick, and Jess Fuhriman, and Tyrell and Lacey

We love you Dad and we miss you already.
