Ronald Charles Lemon age 86, passed away suddenly on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at Logan Regional Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born July 11, 1939.

He grew up in Paradise, Utah. Attended school in Cache County and graduated from South Cache High School in 1957. Following his school, he joined the army and honorably served his country during the Korean War. After returning home he met the love of his life Kathleen Watt and were married August 14, 1964 and later were sealed in the Logan Temple. Together they made their home in Hyrum, Utah and raised their family, 2 sons Kelly and Todd and their daughter Shannon.

He loved to go dancing with Kay at the Elite Hall in Hyrum. He cherished his time with family and he was very welcoming to everyone. Together through the years they made many memories with family and close friends going camping, four wheeling, hunting, and motorcycling.

He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Through the years he provided for his family with many trades as a skilled dry-waller, a barber, as a mechanic and in facilities maintenance at Hill Air Force Base for 30+ years. After retiring he delivered auto parts for Carquest.

In 2007 he lost the love of his life. Later that same year he met Gayla James and they were married on Valentine’s Day in 2008, spending the last 18 years together. They resided in Providence for those years, spending time going on road trips with their dogs ,which they loved, and traveling in their motor home.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Watt Lemon, his parents Charles Lewis Lemon and Myrtle Lenora Larsen and two brothers Boyd Lemon, Paul Lemon and 2 sister in-laws Betty Lemon and Carolyn Lemon and a step son Dennis Banford. He is survived by his wife Gayla Lemon, his children Kelly Lemon, Todd (Brenda) Lemon and Shannon (Danny) Leishman and 1 brother Gary (Ramona) Lemon. Step children Danny Banford, Wendy (Kent) Parkinson, Kirk Kelsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The viewing will be held at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan Utah on Monday November 10 from 6-8 pm and Tuesday November 11, 2025 from 10-11 am. Followed by a graveside service at noon at the Paradise Cemetery with military honors.
